Earlier this year Gov. Beebe signed the Human Trafficking Act of 2013 into law. This law requires certain employers to post an 8.5 x 11 notice near the entrance or where other such notices are customarily posted. Businesses that are required to post are: hotels, motels, strip clubs or sexually oriented businesses,aiport, train stations that serve passangers.This is a material substantive change a Human Trafficking poster is required.
